Susanoo defended against Kirin, which is supposed to be very powerful. I think Kirin is close to, if not more powerful than Rasen Shuriken.

The Rasen shuriken would tear Susanoo apart, its the ultimate technique even the 4th couldn't learn it. Almost forgot for those who saw it only in the anime, its still not 100% completed when he kills Kakuzu.

yea but rasen-shurikan cant be used again, lady tsunade made it an S-rank Jutsu, and Naruto can't use it anymore because if he uses it anymore without haaving the rite training, he will never be able to use his arm again

Susano'o's shield just absorbs the Rasen-Shuriken. Not much of a competition. Unless the Rasen-Shuriken is used from behind Susano'o as a sneak attack. But in a head on battle, Susano'o stomps.

I think susanoo since it has the sword of sealing, or whatever it's called. It would just seal the the rasen shuriken and it's user.

well it depends on which Sason'oo we are talking about
I think that rasen-shuriken could possibly beats Sasuke's
but I don't think it could even compare to Itachi's
