I don't understand what you mean. If you are talking about the Home Page URL in the 'Edit Your Details', what URL are you trying to enter?

Uh...Go to your myspace profile, copy the link in the adress bar, go to UserCP, edit profile, and then paste it in the Home Page URL box. Or you could stick it in your signature. =|

Ok, this would really help if you have a tabbed browser and if not just open up another internet window. Now here's the instructions:

1)Go to the tab/window that has the forums on it and scroll all the way to the top. There should be a link that says "User CP". Click on it.

2)When the new page loads, you should automatically see a link that says "Edit Your Details" and should go on and click this link also.

3)When you get to the next page, just barely scroll down and you will see a box with the words "Home Page URL" above it. Ok, make sure that this page stays right where its at.

4)Open a new tab/window and go to MySpace (<---hyperlink provided). Type in your login information and then log in.

5)After you get to your home page where it shows your updates, bulletins, etc.., you will need go to the top of the page and find the link that says "Profile" and has an arrow pointing down. Put your mouse over the Profile box (don't click it) and select the "My Profile" option.

6)When your MySpace page loads completely, go to the top of the screen to your address bar and click on it. It should automatically select the entire thing (if not, select the entire URL in the address bar) and then press Ctrl and C on your keyboard to copy the URL .

7)Go back to the tab/window that has your Naruto "User CP" and on the "Home Page URL" box, click inside it and press Ctrl and V on your keyboard to paste your MySpace URL. Now go all the way down to the bottom of the page and you should see a box that says "Save Changes". Click on that and there you go, your MySpace has been added. You can even try it out on your page if need be.

I already did. I'm considering doing worse.

She posted very little helpful information, vague, and with very poor grammar. She did not give enough details, and guessing what her problem was, was next to impossible. Byaku-ingan post was very helpful, he wrote up a step-by-step tutioural, but he had no way of knowing that was her problem. I apologize for making that post, it just gets to me that people are willing to ask for help without knowing HOW to ask for help. "hey guise, my pc is not working, what do?" Is not the proper way to ask a question, but telling her that seemed pretty pointless. I'll tie my hands up next I'm temped to do this. Oh, and thanks for the bad rep, I deserved it for my post, but I regret nothing. Continue on...

Just that people who asks here are often confused about something and suggestions like that are very destructive for them. If they didn't give enough details, tell them outright.

This is a forum for technical help, and some people around here are very technologically challenged and need the help they can get. Now imagine a 9 year old girl reading your suggestion and doing what you told her to on her dad's computer he uses for work...
