The Sister. No questions. It would be cherished time with her that I would probobly love to have before she died. The cat...well its a cat. I would love it and miss it, but another could be bought or rescued. Just think on that! If you don't choose your sister and the cat lives, some poor kitten is going to be put down in a shelter. I believe that a human life is worth more. Plus, choosing the cat would be wholly selfish. What would your family think? They would have lost someone too! All you would be able to say is "But look! The cat is Fine!!!" Yeah that makes up for the death of a sibling/daughter/grandchild/niece/mom/wife! Look at the big picture like that and I would shoot the freaking cat myself!
