Help on building Lee's speed

Topic. I dont wanna hack with my beta code that you can mod the number of any stat of anything, and the highest I'm getting Lee is to so far 712, and I need it higher to beat the hacker guy. Any ideas? I dont wanna hack though.

Use speed raising equipment and pretty much only speed raising tags... The highest you can go is 784, but switching out a speed tag for instant 8 inner gates is better.

Oh, Chidori I'll also ask you only once to not mod code the hacker. Just the other day I owned him and he D/Ced on me. Then he came back with all of his guys going before me. If you go and mod code the hacker, he's just going to mod together another team and mod you right back. In the end he won't stop until we just completely ignore him no matter how frustrating it is in the mean time. Just D/C him, he isn't worth the effort you're trying to put in.

I'll mod him until his DS breaks from DCing, I dont care what it takes but maybe I'll let him alone. He'll stop in the end.

My Lee's NIN is 358, is that low for him? I'm putting all the tags I can but I cant raise it to 717!

0_o 358 NIN? You'll need to double check something, I can get Ino faster than 717 AGI if I wanted too. : P Heck I can get my Lee to 758 AGI without passing the Nin limit of 358. In order to get Lee to be the fastest he can be you have two options. For starters he needs to have Single knuckle, Ninja suit, and Jinsoku Greaves.

Then for his tag set you can either go:

A)
Instant 8 Inner gates
Prepared to die
Concealment
Internal Activation
Agility Up: Rin

B)
Prepared to die
Internal Activation
Concealment
Fast Body
*Insert some low cost resistance tag or Hidden leaf style*

To fix your low NIN problem, try giving your Lee some more Ninja power chinese med pills, or if that doesn't work then his morale is too low still. His max Nin is 384.

If you want to get items that raise your nin. Try some of the kumites and if that does not work take a character like ten ten giver her sticky fingers ninja tag and then make her squad leader and you'll get tons of items including ninja power chinese medicne pills. If your trying to build a speed team which is what I do somtimes use kiba or saskue. You can make them almost as fast, however once you get them in the 550's it will be rare that someone is faster so try giving them other tags like way of the ninja or for lee taijutsu master.

^ 550's? More like 650's at least. If you only build yur guys speed to 550... I mean you'll win some WiFi battles, but the real good players will own you... You'll be lucky to get a turn.

I get my speed characters up to at least 700.... So 550's its just too low.

Yeah but 700 is faster than most charaters can be built for. Not only that, if you build your guys only for speed you'll be in trouble when their attacks don't do enough damage.

That's true you guys are getting better, but don't completely ignore defense or you'll regret it.

Well, if I bring in defense I'll have to lose attack and speed then I wont go first, and if I bring in even MORE attack to kill the opponents defense my speed will also fall.

Have you tried using the Taijutsu Master or Professor tags? For most characters that's all you really need to put on and their attacks are just fine.

But their attacks aren't Taijutsu....

All of Lee's attacks are some kind of taijutsu, same with Kiba. Unless you use Kiba's man-beast flame which is ninjutsu. Have you tried figuring out what is taijutsu or ninjutsu? All jutsu fall into one of those two categories in this game.
