Vol 33 DVD Single - No
A couple of weeks ago, someone asked me in a PM-
"Do you know if viz is going to bring out vol.33 for dvd on single disc?" I've since lost the PM to respond to it that way, so I'll post it here. After alot of confirming, no, we are not. Amazon.com lists it, but it's a mistake on their part. Sorry  .

i like the fillers but if they had to put out singles of them it'd take 1-2 years to get those and then they'd have to catch up to wherever the Shippuden dub was at that point.

Box set 16 and shippuden volume 1 are supposed to be released in september 2009, thats what I heard anyway.
