ya i would say the same, but it also depend on type match ups, like i also think the toad sliudge bomb thing cheif toad and pervy sage used was cool, and i think rasen shuriken is very powerfull, but it all depends, you know what imn sayin

If it was in the desert, I think it'd be anything Gaara did with sand. There's ALOT of sand in the desert, even though he mainly controls the stuff in his gourd.

He could make a giant Mecha Gaara made of sand that'd be bigger than all the ninja nations combined.

I think it would be the Rasen-Shuriken. woulden't It be even stronger if Naruto used a shadow clone to preform the jutsu instead of himself? I would think the damage done to the caster would just kill the clone and leave Naruto unharmed. plz let me know how that works.
