Yeah so Im going for a drive. Me and some friends just wanted to go hang out in the storm and look at the damage while it was happening. Then Travis, my roomates lame friend whom I cant stand, says;

"You know, 90% of fatalities in car wrecks come from people going on pleasure cruises, and that chance is significantly increased during times of limited visibility and slick roads like in this storm. You guys are not being very safe..."

Completely ruined my day. >.<

Seriously, buzz kills. How many of you know people that can take the best time, and turn it into a horrible akward situation? Ive met a few people in the forums that are even capable of that. Text buzzkills...thats impressive.

I know what you mean, my family is one of them, like a relative goes and tells me, you could break your legs with the skateboard, you could break your arms with the skateboard and I go ok ok!! I hate that but I just ignore it.

Ya my grandpa is the same why but its sailing............always where a life jacket cause you can fall off and drown..............ok grandpa...............

Really? My grandpa forces me to go into the ocean without a life jacket. In fact he doesn't even warn me. He just shoves me off the side of the boat from time to time.

My parents are like that. Sometimes it's just annoying, but every once in a while they something useful, "like wear your seatbelt in the car." You should listen to them every once in while. Who knows, maybe it'll save your life one day....

I'm gonna admit that I tend to do this a lot in real life (I don't think I do this too much on the forums). It's not that I want to ruin anyone's fun, it's more that I have a habit of pointing out worst case scenarios. Don't know why, it's just what I do, and my friends call me out on it all the time.

It's true, the grandparents know best.

As for the topic, my father. He is a very bright man, you would think something is right, but once he says it's wrong, it's wrong. I can count the times he has been wrong, 4 times. When he says I best not do something, I won't even attempt it. Sometimes I think he's alien, when he gets cut accidentally I always think green goo will come out instead of blood.
