do you believe in science or in religion?

I believe somehow in both, im catholic but some things about science make sense.Sometimes I get confused and start to compare things and question myself wich one of them is right. whats your opinion

I am pro science, and believe it or not i believe in god. Not on the bible or on religion but i believe in god. tho i question his existence daily, he is gonna kick my ass when i meet him. haha.

This is difficult.

I know that Science has answers, but it doesn't have answers to everything. Religion, on the other hand, does have answers to everything, but it seems to simplistic to me. You are here because God made you, You can be evil because God said that without free will we are puppets.

I want science to be able to answer the massive questions, like why are we here, but until they do, I belive in religion on that one.

Both. Science and religion coincide. It's not like you have to choose between the two. In fact many scientists acknowledge the fact that the universe points towards design. I think Toma stated in another topic he was an athiest, until he took quantum physics.

Man there are quite a bit of these; Where do I begin.

I believe faith and science are both a product of human beings imagination and both share so many similarities it is laughable. What is religion but faith in the unknown and unexplainable while staying in the boundaries of a bible. What is science but exploration of the unknown parts of things we known that is limited by logic and reason.

Ironically both believe the perfect world can't exist without the other getting in it's way. I have faith and that is all that matters, I have seen science and religion save lives so I guess I believe in both but am not tetherd down by either.

I've never heard of a quantum physicist that was an atheist.

I took Quantum Physics and it really does make you question so many things that you used to take for granted.

Having said that, I have found that scientific pursuits are good, but they are not fulfilling in the way that spiritual endeavors are.

This. I'm Agnostic and personally lean towards science, but I don't see a reason why science and religion can't coexist.

I also believe in both and am also Catholic. I believe that god (whoever he or she is) made science so we can understand things but would ultimately leave it up to us to make a distinction between the two, though nowadays i'm just sticking to the whole "i'll believe it when i see it thing"

No evolution is not science. And evolution and Abrahamic religions do not mix. Genesis 2 something says:

Let us create man in our image in our likeness.

If we were to evolve so would God. But evolution is the survival of the fittest and killing off of the weak, so if God had to evolve he wouldn't be perfect. If he wasn't perfect he couldn't create this universe perfectly, and therefore nothing we know would exist.
