Tobi
Pain
Itachi
Sasori
Deidara
Kakuzu
Kisame
Hidan

Konan and Zetsu haven't showed fighting skills. Well, Konan kinda did, but not enough, or she'd be REALLY weak.

Pein/Pain comes after that. There is a reason the people who called him the Akatsuki leader respected him.
Itachi's next. He was built up as one of the most powerful characters in the series.
Here, Sasori, Deidara, and Kakuzu could be in any order as long as Deidara is below Sasori.
And out of all of the members that have actually shown fighting talent, Hidan is last.

Actually, Deidara could beat loads of people. Take, for example, Hidan, Kisame, and Kakuzu.
