Ive seen gameplay of naruto in revolution 3 i really dont see what changed about his moves,could someone tell me?I also want to know who else got major moveset changes in the shippuden games now.

I think Tenten got the biggest overhaul in terms of moveset changes (spears, swords), and other characters received changes as well (Neji uses Air Palm, Kisame uses Water Prison). Naruto has his Giant Rasengan to replace Uzumaki Barrage as his new ultimate jutsu, but I don't know if Naruto's moveset was changed at all.

naruto's basic attack is still the same, he is slightly faster, has new midair attacks, like rasengan mid air. and that is it. come to my forum for more. Every charcter has a critical mode, his allows him to summon a shadow clone for a fraction of chakura rather then keep draining it.
