i suck at the size chart and im ashamed of that
but
make a circle with your index finger and thumb
a little bit bigger than that

I can never do that.. I dont even have ear pearcings.. but the pain killer thing is interesting.. which one hurt the most? the nose on or lip one?

No, because I wouldn't do gauges in the first place.XD I tried piercing my ear cartilage but it never healed.
