sorry to burts ur bubble but some people dont like dubs because they pick bad voice actors. its not the language its the voic. hope this helps you

sry but i prefer subbs. the american voices r WAY too childish and just plain annoying. i was hoping they would get different more mature voices 4 shippuden but they didnt when shippuden comes to america its the same kiddie voices. also subbs r better because they arent edited like the american dubbed version is

A true fan doesn't need either, they can just watch it in Japanese like a champ does.

yeah and not to mention some of the child voices sound too adult ...

true the dubs take out the curses and other "innapropiate" words

This is Viz's website. They release subbed AND dubbed anime. If we want, we can go to the japanese voice track on our DVD's and view it with viz's subtitles.

If you're like me, you can both read the subtitles and easily watch what's going on. And after a while, you don't even realize you're still reading. You actually feel like you're hearing them say these words.

Personally, I like both simply because it's interesting to compare them. Yeah, some voices don't work in the English version (like with Deidara's first appearance after Naruto and Sasuke fought and the weak "hm"s), but others are pretty good.

i don't mind reading the subbtitle, but watching dub is kinda werid because all of there voices sound strang you know. but there voice in japnese sound cooler than english. but there are some peoples voise in english like sai, yamato,older sasuke, older naruto,

I personally don't care either way, but sometimes I'm just too tired to read subtitles. The English voices aren't that bad. I actually prefer Gaara's English voice over his Japanese voice. It just sounds more...sinister!
