Personality: An outgoing person, often acts like a total idiot. Inside she is clever and cunning, much like the animal she is named after. When ticked off, she will often scratch with her nails and attempt to bite while using taijutsu and ninjutsu. Is kind to those younger than her. Defiant and competitive to those older than her, but if on good side she is kind to them as well. Has never crushed on anyone.
Appearance: Russet colored hair that goes past the hips, slightly dark skin, yellow-greenish eyes. Clothes are white boots or sneakers, a russet colored T-shirt with hints of brown, brown shorts, necklace made of fox fur, patch of fox fur on right short leg and left sleeve, and a wooden anklet that has fox charms and is russet colored and smooth in texture.
History: Named after the fox, she was dressed in colors of the fur of her chosen fox. With fox fur, and clothing colored of a russet fox, one can only wonder what she has hidden in the depths of her mind. Once had a young fox as pet but was drowned in a river because it fell off the rock it was perched on. Adept ninjutsu and taijutsu user, complete failure at genjutsu. Often growls or hisses when mad or at something -or someone- she doesn't like.

Awww...Can't we be both? It would fit into the story well, we will also be ninjas. The difference of ninjas, vampires and witches arent much. Vampires would be strong ad good at tyjustu.They can also attack with fangs, or use a genjustu as memery eraser.

Witches are just people who have a great power to levitate on a witch made brooms,useing there black chakra not blue, talk to black cats, use potions and maby some dark justus. it could make some nice twists in the story. and they are just outcasts since they are different.

(We don't have to go with how I described them, it was just an example.)

Hmm....But I still like the broom sticks. what if they where shape shifting blades that a witch can put her black chakra in to trasform and fly. Or can we use our black chakra to at least levitate?

well any anybody can use potions and thats another reason why witches are out laws they invent new potions like one to smash on to your enemy that gives them posion ivey and they get itchy it's just a basic tool like shuriken, any body can use them. They are not magical.

And there where never any spells. for example witches are just people born with a strange chakra network and kind and a special way of useing it. They can also can't put there black chakra in to normal shinobi items it will just make the chakra bounce back to them hurting themselvs.

And when you mean shape shifter you can transform with out useing chakra?

And only threee people are witches or vampires.

Witches are basicaly just different people that normal people think are evil so they get the term witch.
