Naruto RP/FR Ranking System

So before we re-luanch this. Is everyone Down for this Ranking System?

No Jutsu rankings just Rank.

Everyone but the ones choosen as Kage are Genin. you can level your guy through fights ect and exams.

The Jutsu Ranking system is only allowed if people want it.

The only problem I have with this is that Genin's will be using powerful jutsu, so I assume this is for role play purposes.

Yes. Unless you guys want the Jutsu Ranking System that was in WS.

I doubt anyone wants that. I do not care, but this is for you guys.

well if you are a genin you should know you cant use to powerful of jutsus or your chakra will run down and your life force poof but everyone should no they need to start off small and when they get higher use stronger jutsus and the kages have to rank you up so the kages need to know that they cant just rank you up in a snap of a finger to thats important

I don't have major problem with it, as long as people who are under jounin level at lest understand that somebody over there rank are more powerful then themselves.

sadly people are going to have naruto level chakra that never runs out and jutsu that can kill anything in a single hit

Well for the hits it works if you fail to counter in a way. If you can counter 200 kunai's then go for it. Unless for sotry anf un then take the hit.

But it would be better with the actull jutsu lock system. But it 'Restricts" people to the point they hate it. >.> Babies..

Sorry people just do not want it. But with the Rank system if the two fighting agree I can tell you the restrictions for the fight if you two agree to it.

I know, it's why I said agreed, even the baby part lol I say just give what everyone wants, and remind them "you are a genin, you suck compared to Jounin and above" lol

But I will make this clear. You only rank up when the Kage and I have spoken about it. No "He helps alot.." No unless he can be Josh that is a Genin who does not help but is powerful he aint getting a rank up.

So those that are Jonin's will deserve it.

This is almosty like a Teir list.

So for the new RP, since the Rift is my village, UN said that he was going to keep his 9 yr old character. Could I keep my old one then? Or would I have to make a new one?

Yea keep him. I will revile the Kages later. And the thing is that EVERYONE but kages are Genin. As for ranking up that too will be explained.
