Naruto Powerful Shippuden QR?

I don't know if this is the right place to post this or not, but yesterday I got the new Naruto SD game, and I didn't get the 3 QR code cards that you're meant to get, I'm really bummed out about it, so if anyone could scan an image of their QR cards and put them here for me I would really appreciate that, also, does anyone know how to level up? becuase no matter how many times I am completing the missions and getting experiance points, I'm not seeming to get past a LVL 1??!!
any and all help would be appreciated greatly!!!

Wait what.... They were supposed to give out those? Never heard of that. Them giving out those cards.
And to level up, when you select a mission, hit right until you see different stats like chakra, support, skills. And there on the first option, you'll see "level." Click it then use the exp. points you earn to fill the bar and level up.
