Temari easily.She has have superior Taijutsu and speed and to fall for Ino's jutsu you have to be still which is something Temari wouldn't do.

I picked Ino. I know that Temari is really strong, but I think that if Ino really put her mind to it, she could beat her. Ino has really good taijutsu, and I think she could somehow use the mind-transfer jutsu on Temari...

Temari would win for sure. She could easily cut Ino apart. Plus, if Ino misses with her mind transfer, she'd fail. Even Mind Destruction wouldn't help much. Temari's got all the techniques to dodge AND hit Ino, while Ino can't do anything but helplessly be destroyed. Temari wins.
