Why was Melchoir a Administrator without a single post?

Admins/green names are Viz employees and get paid unlike the Quasi Admins and Mods. Being a Viz employee means you get a green name here, I believe, even if your area of work isn't the community forums.

His occupation is with the Viz. Any Viz Employees can be Administrators. Is that simple. Also no one in this forum except for Viz Staff Members and Employees like Melchoir, vizadmin, Sage Mode and SRhyse can be Administrator. They are the head of the Forums and take care of everything in this Forums like the Technology of it. So appreciate their hard work, please.
