Restrictions: Gedo Mazo and tailed beasts, Obito can't use Kamui to suck Madara. That's would be an instant win
Madara has Rinnegan + Wood but isn't Edo.
Obito has Sharingan + Rinnegan + Wood

I say Obito wins. No way Madara can go to his dimension and damage him while he's phasing.

With advent of flowering trees the pollen would be constant so obito would become solid eventually and get k.o by the pollen. Obito will run out of chakra eventually and Madara can spam with ease

He phases his nose for 5 minutes, when 5 minutes pass, he goes underground to avoid pollen, then phases for 5 minutes again.

Madara just keeps on attacking. Amaterasu and pollen an susanoo for protection and gedo maze for fun. The point is obito is at risk every time he attacks and he loses chakra hiding while Madara has endless supply

Gedo Mazou is restricted, since they can both Summon it. Endless chakra supply?

I guess we all agree that at full power Obito wins. He teleports to Madara and sucks him in, no problem. I restricted direct Kamui attacks because of that.
