One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2

Well, the time is getting close for Japan for this game to come out and there's a lot of exciting information.

First off, Skypiea, Thriller Bark and Punk Hazard are confirmed. Though, how canon they will be is unknown.

Even though the game goes through an original story mode. I think we can all be excited just to play those arcs. Moria and Enel are definitely bosses.

One thing that is pretty awesome is the amount of playable characters. The first game only had 13. This one however, already has 21.

Can't wait for this game.

Knowing how Koei is with games, Jinbe, Whitebeard, and Boa Hancock will all be playable....Just gotta wait for them to be confirmed.

Definitely on Jinbe and Hancock. Whitebeard is dead, but I believe it's possible. I'm thinking Blackbeard and Doflamingo may become playable. They've got a pretty good variety, but all the other shichibukai seem to be going to be playable.

On top of who we already have, I'd like to see at least Hancock, Jinbe and Blackbeard added on. I'd also like to see Magellan, Whitebeard, Moriah, Doflamingo and Lucci, but I wouldn't really be surprised if they weren't in it as playable characters.

Why would they take out Hancock, Jinbe, and Whitebeard? Sure they probably won't be in the story and haven't shown anything new, but they already have character models and movesets, so not using them would be a waste. Also, in the trailer I just looked up, Jinbe is there, so using him in the story without making him playable would annoy a lot of people.

I'm believing they are definitely in. The only one I don't know will be playable is Whitebeard. I think he will be, but none of them have really been confirmed yet.

What Maik said. Remember in Storm 2 Hiruzen and Kimimaro weren't playable, yet had a model and complete moveset already. Just gotta wait until they are confirmed officially.

Koei as game developers almost always add all the characters they had in prequels to sequels even if they don't fit into the story.

But seeing as this story is unique to the game and involves something about a Dream world then I have high hopes for Whitebeard and the other 2 Shichibukai

I've just been disappointed by certain characters not being included in games in the past. So, I'd rather not just assume things. There's still a month to go though, so I wouldn't be surprised to see a good number of other playable characters confirmed. I'm thinking about 30 overall.
