Like most comic hero my knowledge does not extend much further then the movies.

Is this kratos from God of war, because that guy would stomp his ass as far as i know.

Unless spiderman has been sneezing entire solar systems to bits in the comics like superman

Well speed means nothing as Kratos killed all the gos including hermes the speedy dude. This guy might be able to fight BM naruto. That is how OP he is... Kratos had this he just throws his weapon into spidies stomach and throws him around with the chains before ripping his head off.

Spiderman picked up a collapsing skyscraper and even fought the hulk a few times. They are very much in the same weight class. Kratos is the one who is iffy.

How does this justify Spiderman beating a man who single handly killed the Greek Gods?


Hulk is diffrent. Kratos is strong but agile. He fought he wholelife being a spartan. Hulk just rampages.

Because this is fiction there are more than a few different versions of greek gods. Not all of them equal in power. Especially GOW gods. They don't equate to the orginal mythology full power.

That is because there is many forms... But like I said how does Spider man win? Once someone explains I will counter for Kratos. Becasue speed doesn't count. Strength means nothing. What is he gunna web him to death? Then he smashes it. All he needs to do is use the Sword of Olympus.

How does speed and strength not count? He can win by breaking his neck maybe. I am not arguing it just telling you about spidey.

Also spidey has precog so you need a good bit of speed on you to tag him. Blades tagging him are rare. He is better off with his chains.

Well let me explain...

Speed - Hermes fought Kratos running around on the walls and all over at pretty dman good speed. He still got him. Spped can be stoped by many things like tripping or obsticals to get them to go to that area you need them.

Strength - He stopped Cronos's hand... Titans besides their gaintism are powerful in strength. If I am correct he did the same with Atal the Titan of strength too. If I am correct either way I am sure Spider man never stoped Hulk from smashing him with his hands on eahc side tring to smash him.

Either way High Diff imo. Not an easy fight. But strength and speed Kratos has beaten and done.

Determined to make me debate this

Speed- aside from just inhuman speed to the point of dodging high velocity objects at point. He has dodged and reacted to attacks from beings who would fly swat him and kratos. Only difference is he would most definitely last longer because of precog. Which is compared to time slowing down in several instances. Think sharigan more or less. Definitely more powerful in that department than the sharigan on a second thought.

Strength- Spiderman has litterely been smashed by the hulk bear hug style and similar powerhouses. He got up and usually ask for more. Spidey's strength is not something you can dismiss. Most of his opponents are at a minimum car tossing for fun levels.

Car tossing? Ok that is cute.. hen spidey rips of a god's head and crawls out of hell let me know. until then, KRATOS

First, his powers( including hope i guess) will be too much for Pete to handle.
Second, spidey has no way to put him down. His webbing will be destroyed, since Kratos strength is more than enough to destroy it and he is too durable to be put down by Pete.
To make matters worse, current spidey does not have his spider-sense. Not that it matters since, even if he has his sense and Kratos would have an extremely hard time landing a hit, spidey would eventually get tired, giving the chance to Kratos to kill him.
Against current spidey, the outcome will be the same, but it will happen in less time than otherwise.
Actually Kratos is far stronger than spidey. The guy has stopped titans from squashing him with their own hands. That puts him in the 100 tons, while spidey is a 25 toner at his very peak.

Added to all these, morals does not matter a lot since, even if he was bloodlsuted, spidey would have too much trouble putting Kratos down for good.

lol the gods in gow hardly reach pass car tossing levels aside from the titans. A mouse can force your hand open doesn't mean it equates your strength. A small animal can maim you which is what kratos equates to against the titans.

The webbing has held the Hulk, thing, iron, and assortment of other beings more powerful than kratos. Also current spidey does still have his spider sense it was improved last time I read it. He only lost it for a little while. Also the spider's stamina and durability is high. Hence him capable of fighting the hulk on his best day.

Current spidey has little morals he is doc ock. Comics are weird like that

You fail to see the difference in skills as fighters. The difference between the Hulk and the titans is huge. He is smaller more compact, and faster. The titans are slow and easily raped by someone skilled enough. Spidey is way more agile than Kratos too. He is capable of casually reacting to all of Kratos attacks. That gives him the edge in my opinion.

Putting Kratos down is not that hard. The better fighter would win. Anyone who knows both series very well will tell you spidey is the better fighter. Also you are very much sleeping on spidey's webs. Extremely powerful and slows the enemies movements massively.

How is Spidy a better fighter? He fights guys with guns and bats. Kratos fights in wars and with swords and fist. He does nothing but fight. He is the better fighter in skill. SM just gets the powers and has better reaction with some speed and strength and webs. Kratos has a weapon that can pull his soul out, send him to the underworld. ect.

The stuff you mentioned would fall under durability not under strenght. Kratos doesnt really maim in the game he is clearly seen pushing the giant hands/feet/whatever is trying to crush him away from him. He winning in a battle of strenght(well not full strenght but doesnt make it less impressive) vs mountain sized people.

Although spiderman is probably way better at it there have been plenty of spiderman esque, swinging sequances in the games. Kratos is quite agile himself.

Not to mention kratos has an arsenal of magic , but i dont know if has spideys resistance to magic

Are people trying to argue Greek gods being stronger than the hulk? That's laughable. Spidey has taken hits from the hulk and plausibly stronger and said "Ow."

Spidey is essentially indefinitely more agile than Kratos, regardless of how agile Kratos might be. And Kratos won't win based on strength. Kratos isn't going to get out of Spiderman's webs without a hard ass struggle.

Comparing Kratos' swinging is hilarious compared to what Spidey has done. Also, it's highly unlikely that Kratos would even land a hit, simply because of Spider Sense becoming essentially pre-cog.
