Man noctis its like rasengan, chakra starts to form in the users palm, simple as.

And noctis, if you would do something this would get somewhere, and it causes a reverse shockwave that expands 10 feet to immediate surrondings, so you could'nt just stand there. And also backfires.

Takahashi thrust towards noctis in attempt to hit him. The chakra expands as it destroys the trees surronding the area.

I jump back, using the shockwave to carry me, nullifying the damage I would take had I resisted the flow. I walk off because I'm lazy and don't feel like fighting weaklings.

(You wanna fight, I'll do it later. I'm lazy and don't really want to fight right now. Since I know I'll win and it's boring. :P)
