Dear Kage of the cliffs, it seems that you have a Rouge ninja heading your way.. He uses a fake alias as a Genin, you will notice him as he is very short and clearly stands out from others.. I'm led to believe he will either try to theif from you or attack you. Be on your guard

Walking out I see another man walking towards me. But not at me. "He looks like I have seen him before..." I think to my self. Head band hanging on my belt. "Hey there." I say greeting him. "Do... do I know you?"
