[Mekuto]

Smoke Style:
Toxic exhale- Unleashes massive cloud of poisonous smoke, can be used to poison weapons and objects.
Black Smoke Dragon- Forms a poisonous smoke dragon that can chase an enemy, typical wind styles causes it to expand rather than disperse.
Smoke Clone- Creates a clone out of smoke, incapable of use fire, earth, and physical attacks, but can use smoke style.
Nightmare's Release- Uses smoke to effect the victims' perception, strength, and stamina.

Fire Style:
Fire Blast- Shoots a massive blast of flame at a target
Flamethrower- Exhales a continuous gout of flame that engulfs a target.
Great Spark- Shoots a spark that is meant to to cause the poisonous clouds to explode.
Flame Slash- Charges weapon with fire chakra that expands from blade in a sweeping fire.

Earth Style:
Rock Wall- Creates a hardened wall to absorb damage, can be exploded by Mekuto.
Rock Spear- Launches a spear of stone at the enemy.
Pitfall- Opens a hole infront of Mekuto, to drops enemies inside.
Earthen Cannon- Combines earth and fire to create a cannon to bombard and enemy position.

Viper Summon- Can summon varible sized vipers, with thick scales and the ability to breath fire.

Lightning Style:

Lightning Style: Lightning Bolts: Eight bolts of electricity appear around the user, and shoot at high speeds at the opponent.

Lightning Style: Lightning Swarm: A flurry of electricity shoots from the user's hands in a wide radius, trying to disable and hurt the target.

I'm thinking of more, but i'll upload them once I finish their design.

[Seven]

I'm approving this Genjutsu for creation.

Genjutsu: Veil of Light; Upon activation the user must make eye contact with the opponent. Upon locking eyes, the target will become entrapped within this Genjutsu. This jutsu causes the target to see an overwhelmingly bright light which blinds using the light reflected from the user's irises. The target then believes that they cannot see past this light no matter what direction they look in. This allows for a variety of strategies to come into play. This Genjutsu will require a substantial amount of chakra if it is to last for more than 30 seconds.

There needs to be Earth Style jutsu so here.

Earth Style: Boulder Jutsu; This jutsu requires the user to be touching their target. Upon activation, the target becomes many times heavier and in most cases immobile. This jutsu can be cast upon the user as well to make a much more dramatic impact.

Earth Style: Mighty Wall of Granite; This jutsu allows the user to create a massive wall of rock for defensive purposes. The wall rises from the ground at a high rate for a quick shield. The wall is able to take most average power attacks while remaining stable.

Earth Style: Muddy River; This jutsu allows the user to spew forth a great amount of slippery mud from their mouth for a variety of offensive and defensive purposes. The end result is equivalent to a small river of mud.

Earth Style: Concrete Glue; This jutsu requires the user to have both hands flat on the ground. This jutsu causes a chosen area of the ground to become muddy as long as it isn't made of solid stone. The user then hardens the ground to that of concrete. This is mainly a trap style technique used against enemies.

I am also approving this strictly for members of my village's clan and myself.

Kekkai Genkai: Ichi no Michi (Stone Way); This bloodline ability allows the user to harden their body to great densities while still remaining fully flexible. It is also possible at a high enough level to use it upon the environment around the user as well as their weapons. It can increase both offensive and defensive power. Strictly A Technique Of The Iseka Clan Of The Hidden Rift, NO IFS ANDS OR BUTS.

[Seven]

Water Style: Jetstream Blade; A high level technique which allows the user to emit a severely high pressure jetstream blast of water from under their middle fingernail. The stream is accurate depending on the skill of the user and at certain levels can cut through steel.

Water Style: Witch's Kettle; This technique requires the user to be out of the water but within close range of a body of it. They user spews forth an incredibly hot steam into the water causing it to boil almost instantly depending on the size of the body. The steam also has special properties disabling the evaporation effect of the water while giving it a greenish hue. This is likely do to the steam being based of stomach acid.

Water Style: Cyclone Spout; This jutsu requires a great amount of chakra but is able the summon a water spout with the vortex power of an F5 tornado. It often leaves the user drained of chakra and defenseless making it a one shot jutsu.

Na Raiden you do not have to. This was ment for defults. Like if you have no idea then you come here to OP. But ppl post here anyways. XD

Murais KG Clan/Blood line Jutsu's -

Wolf Style: Bellow/Great Bellow/ Almighty Bellow/ Great Alpha Wolf Bellow

The user takes a deep breath as their chest grows, they will then let out a massive force, not air, force and sound wave that will stun almost any enemy depending on the user's level and the person they are facing. This is powerful either level to create Fissules i nthe earth that if hit no matter what will force you off your feet and throw you. You must a Yasie Blood line or a relative.

Wolf Style: Great Wolf Head -

The user can create depending on their power, a Massive head or more that sucks in objects on their choice. This can be useful against water, and other elemental types.
The heads are made of a strong skeletal form. They are as strong as a dense statue.

Earth Style: Great Fracture
The user slams his fist down, and a giant crack in the ground shoots at the opponent. Once the crack reaches the target, earthen spikes shoot upwards.

Earth Style: Earthen Ammo
Six large chunks of Earth are raised up from the ground, and are shot at the opponent.

Fire Style: Massive Fire Ball Jutsu - Shoots a giant fire ball towards the target and burns through everything.

Flaming Smoke Bomb - Shoots out a bomb that burns a large amount of area.

Phoenix Sky Kick - Kicks the target at full force and burns the target.

Flame Nuke - Shoots out a nuke which explodes and burns a massive area of land.

Summoning (Flame Phoenix) - Summons lots of Phoenixs which can be used for ninja battles.

Summoning (Flame Dragon) - Summons a giant fire breathing dragon which can fly and get the any destination. used for transportation and ninja battles only.

Wind Style: Scythe Palm
The user has to make 5 hand signs, then pushes their chakra to their finger tips. They can then weave shapes using their hands and send these chakra made shapes towards their opponent.

Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet - Launches a blast of water at the target.

Tsunami - Floods a large amount of land.

Water Shark Bomb Jutsu - Creates an underwater bomb that explodes underwater.

Summoning (Sharks) - Summons a pack of sharks.

lightning style:lightning tornado. the user must be in the air and able to make lightning swath their bodies. they must turn mid-air quickly to make this tornado. the damage depends on how high the lightning level you have swathed on you, but making the damage devastating. most attacks will be useless such as kunai, shuriken, etc.certain jutsus included

We've all been hit by unlisted jutsus. Vergil was shot through the heart with a redirected jutsu of my own design. And then he was ressurrected. And now he's dead again.
