Besides his water mastery and able to create water out of nothing? Plus being able to tell the enemies location by touching the ground and supposed to be good with space time jutsu and very powerful with Taijutsu?

Lol. Supposed to be. That is what you call HYPE. That is not a FEAT. Plus we don't know what kind of Space-Time jutsus he uses. Tobi-like? Minato-like. Regardless it would be a BS argument because we simply don't know. We know only one line. That we wasn't as versatile as Obito. Single element mastery isn't really alot against the likes of Saske, seriously? Plus we have no FEATS of anything exceptional of him.

Ok I will. Once again he has Taijutsu. Knowing Sasuke he would not avoid it. Also chidori is usless against a wall of water. That is not hype that is fact that has been seen.

Amaterasu? he can dodge with speed. Sasuke did it and others have.

the only thing to dodge amaterasu speed wise is
Ay and Garra's sand (they are high tier in speed)

we have not seen anything on that level of speed. Tobirama has no feats nor hype for speed. Thus Tobirama can not dodge it

The only reason saskue "dodge" it was because Itachi was not trying to kill him

Once again he has SHOWN nothing to go on to show he is even a threat to Saske. All arguments for him are BS because we only know a few things he can really do and the way they are shown is like he is not much of a threat.

Sasuke uses fire, Tobi water blocks that out of the park.

Sassuno has many weak points to. Summon water underneath or go under cround and coem up underneath. Sasuke dies.
