Donflamingo should be on par with someone like Marco. Maybe we have to wait and see in any case.

No just no, mihawk even admits how wide the gap was between him and whitebeard. As for the admirals and hell even mihawk to an exent, it's not certain as to how they really measure up to the yonko. We've only seen whitebeard who had the reputation of being the strongest,but it was only a reputation. We've yet to see the other yonko and what they can actually do.

Mihawk didn't seriously engage Whitebeard. Then there is the fact Whitebeard was point blank called the strongest man in the world. That is not a good judgement call to decide Mihawks strength. It took an army,admirals, and Blackbeards crew to take out whitebeard. Mihawk is known for fighting Shanks. He is definitely in that realm. When I say realm I don't necessarily mean he is equal to one anyways. It means if it came down to it he could probably fight one.

Didn't seriously engage? He flat out attacked whitebeard who brushed the attack off with ease. Even if he *Went HAM*, you're only banking on his schibukai and some lore saying he dueled shanks. The problem with dueling shanks is it doesn't mean he's on his level,but rather shanks just lets him go.

It could very well be the tashigi zoro sort of relationship,where shanks who isn't a cold blooded killer, simply lets him go over and over.
