She isn't Naruto's grandma, I think he calls her that as a nickname, she does have some Uzumaki blood but she wasn't related to Kushina that closly, her grandmother was just another member of the Uzumaki who Kushina knew via them both sharing the destiny of becoming jinjurikis.
