No viz dont own your pics just of naruto. Yeah you can of yourself. And go to your profile and make an album and upload a pic of yourself from your pc.

Yes, just go to the user image album in your User CP and you can upload pictures of anything that Viz media does not own. However, it may take a while for other people to see it because a Moderator has to approve it.

You can upload pictures of different anime, however anything that Viz owns you are unable to post. That includes anime AND manga.
