I think kabuto does know that he is long gone. And since oro retrieved info from kabuto while getting his powers back he would know as well.
And there probably isn't a reason to bring him back.

Anyway I think it would be really pointless bringing Jiraiya back as much as I hate to admit it, he's already had an epic death it should be left that way, it would be quite annoying to have him back considering I don't think he has anything to offer the story anymore

He can't be taken aback to bring back.

1. His body's lost at sea
2. Oro thieved information from Kabuto and know of what's what now.

It be cool but his days in the manga are over...

I think there is enough respect between Orochimaru and Jiraiya that he would just leave it be. Its and odd thought, but for some reason it makes sense.

No!!! As much as I loved Jiraiya, his death meant a huge amount to the story and especially to Naruto. If he came back, it would make his epic death meaningless. And besides, there is no way for anyone to get his DNA, since his body sunk all the way to to bottom of the sea outside the Rain Village. Anyone trying to get it would be crushed by the pressure(which come to think of it, probably would have happened to his corpse as well).

i'd love to see him come back to show off some super powers show some reason for Itachi stated even if him a kisame had backup meaning more members the outcome would be the same ending in their defeat.

Itachi didnt fear Oro, but retreated against Jiraiya who stated he was about to kill them both.

But Orochimaru stated in the chapter that he already had the DNA of the 4 hokages and he was quite a collector

Kinda funny, Oro ether kept the first 4 hokage's DNA on his person at all time or since they were traveling for a while maybe he picked it up somewhere.

It doesn't matter that jiraiya's body is in the bottom of a sea since orochimaru already has jiraiya's DNA, Orochimaru was known for his experiments so it would seem highly likely that he would have his former rival and team mates DNA. Plus since we learned about dragon sage mode and how much orochimaru wanted it this makes it even more likely for orochimaru to have jiraiya's DNA. Jiraiya's body could handle sage mode but orochimaru's body couldn't so it would make perfect sense for orochimaru to be doing experiments on jiraiya's DNA to find out what his body lacked to obtain sage mode.

I think it will be good to see Jiraiya but then again it sorta kills is epic death. That's just like bringing back itachi or minato from their epic and emotionally attatching deaths too......

The show brings back these characters but at least they make something good out of them (so far) . It definitley would be something different to hear thta jiraiya was never dead :O but that wont happen most likely. and Yes oro could use him quite usefully to his advantage with this war especially bringing back yondaime and the predecessors etc. I believe he doesnt need his body, Oro is smarter than Kabuto so im sure he could use the experiment bla bla ^ what these people said. But that is a good analysis and question. gets your thoughts running wild with senarios ((:
