The next Hokage if Tsu is dead(still don't know their fate) will be Kakashi. Not only did he assume that position in the tv series while Tsu was in a coma but he is probably the most qualified of everyone to become it.

Its possible to survive being cut in half given the conditions. As in if the pressure of the tree managed to close any major arteries, however I think Tsunade is donr for lol.

Puncture wounds can easily prove to be fatal. Internal bleeding, collapsed lungs, failing organs etc. And if you're talking about neji that was no simple "stick" that peirced him.

His eye survived by a random bout of luck, which doesn't exactly completely defy logic. Given the right conditions its possible I'm sure. I'd assume that Obito survived thanks to the Gedo stathe that supported Madara.

Tsunade probably will die saving the other Kages. Though, I feel as if there will be a curve ball thrown and Naruto (who was recognized by the village during the pain incident) will decide, that his acknowledgment from others has been fulfilled. Since that seemed to be the main reason as to why he wanted to become Hokage, he will then try to follow in Jairaya's footsteps.

Is that likely? Probably not..but I guess I wouldn't be too surprised if it does.
