Prime Hiruzen (bassically he will not get tired easily but we will not assume anything else)

BATTLE TWO
Same as above but Hiruzen is old

BATTLE TRES

Same as above and Hiruzen is old BUT!! Hiruzen gets anime feats and he can use
ANY LEAF SHINBOI ABILITY (so any old move that was invented before Hiruzen's reign. So no chidori or rasengan but Kureani's genjutsu can be used and anything like that. No signature ninjutsu like sharigan and no bloodlines)

Hiruzen best shots were elemental attacks and kakazu can do all of his elements and the 3 others that and taijutsu wont work on him. Enma most wont either since his doton protects against blunt attack.

Kakazu most likely wins. all of the battles.

Hiruzen's Monkey King summoning should give him a fighting chance... without that though, Kakuzu should rape... Also we never saw Hiruzen do any Genjutsu, and having Kurenai's Genjutsu be available to him is a bit too much.. Although if he does get it, then he can use that on Kakuzu and it should guarantee a win

Hiruzen doesnt use piercing attacks anyway and this has nothing to do with the debate but chidori pierced through kakazu.
