Speedster Showdown: Kage that fight saske, Narutos dad, and Tobito Naruto

Tobito get no whirlpool eye tech,
Naruto only 1st mode sage kyubi mode, no god mod version
minato has full power
Kage that fight saske get full power

clarifications? I try to make people undernand better?

Is this a free for all or a race the title is confusing.

Tobi without his eye techniques shouldnt be keeping up with any of them. Although he could maybe react to them.

Minato has no destructive power except for rasengan and the black person kages raiton armor and narutos chakra cloak should protect them from kunai blitzes.

Im going with naruto because he can outnumber them with his clones and has enough destructive power/rasengan variations to take everyone out.

So.... Yondaime Raikage vs Minato vs Obito vs RM Naruto (?)
Who moves faster: Obito, with Minato and Naruto being just a little slower. Equivalent speed with RM Naruto (who outpaced the Raikage at top speed) and able to keep up with Current Naruto. Minato still has the fastest reactions among all 4.
In a battle: Without warping, Obito loses BFR advantage. Between Minato and Naruto, Naruto should overwhelm him with clones, Rasengan spam, and Rasen Shurikens.
