In addition to that, maybe the chakra was released from the seal also and returned to the Kyuubi. Unless Orochimaru chose not to...

It could be possible. Oro brought Minato's soul, I guess Kyuubi's chakra is there, too.

he has to have a choice of what does and does not get released because then many more things besides his arms and the 4 kages would be back (unless all the et sealed during the war were sealed somewhere other)

but i dont think he had half the kyuubi chakara i think he sealed half in naruto and half in the death reaper like oros arms were sealed. hiruzen doesnt HAVE oros arms, he sealed them (same with minato and other half of kyuubi chakara)

Its possible that only those people related to the caster or the people summoned by the edo tensei would be brought back. Since Kurama's chakra was sealed away when Minato's soul was, it's related to this particular summon Since Minato's soul is back, so is Kurama's chakra probably.

Dude: If Naruto isn't somehow able to access the other half of Kyuubi's chakra at this point (or it's not a possibility at this point) I'm going to be burnt. Because it's the perfect time. Can't wait.

Yeah its half of the Chakra, but thats all it is... He doesnt have a Bijuu inside of him... He's like Sora... Although that still considerably powers him up
