I have had this theory a long time ago but I needed one thing to confirm it's plausibility... That is: The Revival of Minato... Now that it has happened, the theory is complete!

The manner Madara awakened the rinnegan (by using Hashi's dna) is not the Proper way but a cheap imitation.

Now, It's time for sasuke to gain the real thing but HOW?

Ask Yourselves These:
- Why Were The Uchiha Obsessed With The Nine-Tails and not the Other Bijuu?

- Why Perform The ET of Four Kages In The Uchiha Hide out? Why There?

The Uchiha tablet Has specifics related to the Kuubi that's the first thing sasuke learned as instructed by itachi.

Now, before The Sage Died, He hid his OWN CHAKRA inside The nine-tails... Because it's the Bijuu strong enough to protect Rikoudo's chakra...

Minato separated The Kuubi's YIN and sealed it inside himself. Naruto got the YANG Inside Him...

As we learned earlier, Rikoudo's YIN CHAKRA which forms the basis of mental energy (spiritual energy) that governs imagination using it to create form from nothing. This is His DOJUTSU / Rinnegan
His YANG CHAKRA which form Physical Energy and life-force, he breaths life into creation (Naruto's RS mode giving life to Yamato's woodstyle)

So you see; It's obvious. This is why The Uchiha are obsessed with the Kuubi and I doubt they completely understand the inscription...

With The YING chakra of Kuubi inside Minato, Rikoudo's Chakra is in there and Sasuke Is Going to Receive that Chakra.

Just like how those Magatama appeared on Naruto's body because of the YANG, So shall the YING half Change sasuke's EMS to a more powerful Dojutsu

To complete His eye power, he'd need the Yang Half as well...this is why he'd have to seek Naruto to take it from Him... This is the only legitimate reason for sasuke to fight Naruto and for Naruto is to Protect the Kurama from Falling into sasuke's Hands. unless, Kishi decides to use Karin's Flesh Inside sasuke's chest during his battle with Killer Bee as a Yang insert...

This is why The Kages (especially Minato) has been Revived.

Now Tell me if Sasuke vs Naruto as last fight wouldn't be EPIC... Watch out naruto!

Just visit the Hatake clan temple, take the dog god mask, put it on, the dog god will appear and give you the Rinnegan.

Or Ten-Ten's clan temple.

Yeah, cause each clan has its temple and there's a mask simply lying there for you and it gives you Godlike powers.

I like your theory a lot Kalmeast, it actually makes me wonder, since the fourth sealed the Yin half inside him when he locked himself away in the death god seal...since he is free now, and it doesn't look like any of them have the talisman on them...

It makes me wonder if Tobirama will pulll a Madara and break the contract! It would be also interesting if Minato (now an ET) released the Yin half, which allowed it to go back to Naruto, and then Naruto would achieve the Rinnegan without all the DNA splicing required!

I don't think he'd just be chakra that'd return to naruto...as a matter of fact, it'd rather want to slap kurama in the fact for becoming friends with a jinchuriki... He might become kurama's battle....

To prevent all this none-sense from happening, it'd be better if sasuke just tamed it with his sharingan.

Why wouldn't it go right back to Kurama? Oro's arms went right back to him. Maybe if whatever is released is still connected to something living it goes right back.

^oro's arm doesn't have a personality... What's the difference between the Yang half and the Yin half of Kurama... are you to say, the Yang have is a bijuu and the Ying half is only Chakra? why wouldn't the Ying half be a Bijuu too...see my point... it was split in half, so when the half returns, it's be it's own bijuu with an evil personality...

It's just part of the chakra that makes up the bijuu. All the bijuu are is chakra (given consciousness by the sage). Who's to say it would even be 'alive'. Kurama the living part is making due with his Yang chakra, like Oro is getting by with his legs and the rest of his body. His arms were released and so is the Yin half that will return to the conscious being that is still alive.

He didn't split the personality of Kurama, he took chakra away because it was too much to seal inside Naruto. I don't think the chakra itself has a personality, we see that Naruto can remove Kurama's chakra and Kurama is still himself (like he did originally). This going back would boost Naruto's power because it would boost Kurama's power (finally being his full blown self again). In the end I think THIS is how Naruto will unlock his Rinnegan and become the full blown Sage of Six paths.

If you think about it, it makes complete sense! Remember the sage left "something" to the younger son who believe the world would achieve peace through love....Every other Jinchuriki has tried and failed to control their respective Bijuu, only Bee and his chakra doesn't so much mesh with the eight tails as he just uses it when its given to him...Naruto has conquered Kurama through friendship, he sees the world the way the sage wanted, perhaps this was the key all along?

So really the argument is whether the Yin chakra will have sentience. I am with Kalmeast. The kyuubi's are divided chakra themselves and they have separate personalities. So it is possible in naruto science. The personality isn't stored in a brain. It's in every aspect of the chakra/the body.

I still don't see how the Yin chakra will have a personality of its own...It is simply chakra imo, meaning it exists with only the personality of its owner. Kurama's body is still intact and inside Naruto, as we see right now! We know, based on the Juubi, that the Chakra is a separable characteristic from the actual Bijuu itself. That said, all the Bijuu are likely actual creatures with the particular chakra fused to them, so with that said, there is no way to create 2 Kurama's, only reduce the original's strength so that it is more easily sealed.

I say that because, otherwise the juubi's body would not exist after the chakra was divided, the Juubi would simply cease to exist. I then apply that same logic to the other bijuu, and this is why I don't think there will be negative consequences..Naruto no longer needs the additional seal between him and Kurama, thus the "cage" is open and Kurama can grow!

I agree with you silentBlade that you could be right...perhaps it's just chakra that can't manifest into a fleshly kuubi... Maybe it cannot exist on its own but having been sealed into a human body, it could manifest itself as chakra. One thing I'm sure about is that, It'd have it's own consciousness.

I guess I am still confused why you think it will have its own consciousness? I have been looking through the chapters, and trying to figure out why! like I kinda want to agree because I think it would add a lot to the story, but nothing indicates that.
