He had MS when he was alive, and Edo Tensei brings back the jutsu he had at the time he died- which is MS.

Its not the same as EMS. Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan have greater powers than regular Mangekyo Sharingan.

agreed, izanami and inagai cant be used again and seal sharingan but not other techs sage while edo mode

Itachi didn't have an EMS because the shape of his sharingan was the normal MS sharingan

lmao.. He only has Mangekyou Sharingan. Not Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, it can only be gained if Sasuke were to give his Mangekyou Sharingan to Itachi, and he hasn't.

Because Itachi was revived as an Edo, he isn't sick anymore. This allowed him to use his full potential, plus the unlimited chakra from being an Edo, and thus it may look like he has a better sharingan...but he really doesn't.

The edo technically did allow him to see but Itachi under Edo doesn't count as him having EMS because he would have to transplant the MS of sasuke into him
