(Ugh. First move... Gross.)

I find myself in a dry desert for my first fight in this tournament. The heat would normally be rather uncomfortable, but it doesn't even seem to phase me as I keep a steady hold on my hat as the hot desert wind blows past, kicking up some sand. I smirk as I get the first glimpse of my opponent. A small little girl, who I've read has electricity powers, as well as advanced sword play and...pixelation powers? How uninteresting. My eyes scan up and down her body, my snake like eyes not blinking even once. I bring my attention to her sword, one said to have the same powers of electricity. I take my hat down to my stomach, and bow.

"Welcome. How very unfortunate for you that you had to square off against me first.... Don't worry though. I'll try to make this as painful as possible!"

My demeanor becomes far more relaxed and my gaze becomes twisted as I let out a disturbing laugh. My body leans back as my arms hang at my sides, as I snap my fingers. Portals open around the poor girl at her sides, as Ouroboros, my pet, flies out from each one, creating a total of 4 Ouroboros. A fifth portal opens under the desert sands, as the sand seems to be pulled into the portal rapidly. They circle around you rapidly, kicking up a massive storm of sand, obscuring vision, as well as making it nigh impossible for you to move any lightning through the air. The circling Ouroboros then glow green, activating their sealing magic, a proximity effect that will restrict the usage of your powers so long as Ouroboros is near you. The Ouroboros then attempt to constrict you with massive speed, being enhanced beyond their limits by my augmentation magic. With their enhanced speed, they should be able to blitz you, as they try to split you in half via constriction. At the same time, I snap my fingers, as a new portal opens above you. A fifth Ouroboros flies out in an attempt to block any upward escape root, as he will pierce through you like paper, as well as any metal you may decide to put in his way, his piercing power being augmented as well.

"Ahahahahhhh!!!! Good show! Let's make this more.... interesting. CRUSH."

I clap my hands together as a larger portal opens directly above you, as a massive sea of sand seems to pour out. The sand takes on a strange aura, as it suddenly falls at a much more rapid pace. The ocean of sand seemingly trying to attack and crush the small girl from above. The shear volume of sand should be overwhelming to deal with. But if that wasn't enough, the 5 Ouroboros from earlier swim through the earthbound sand, jumping out at trying to bind the girl to the earth, so all she can do is stand in terror as the sand crushes her flat and suffocates her. I smile my twisted smile, as I hold my hat, not even having to move an inch.

(Agh. I hate first moves, it makes me so lame.)
