Itachi only has MS. The only differences between MS and EMS are the user won't go blind. The EMS techniques are the same as the MS, maybe a little stronger though. Itachi's eye's never changed. All the other EMS are fusion of the 2 MS that went into making it. Itachi never had the second one.

itachi has only used amataerstatu but he also used the magatami once again pain, and interesting part is: THIS IS ONLY HAPPENED FATER HE GET EDO-EMS! which is iwhy i ihave a firmly beleif in this theroy!

What you're talking about is the Yasaka Magatama.. We've been talking about the AMATERASU magatama the whole time.. The Amaterasu Magatama is what the amaterasu is called after sasuke MOLDS it into a SHAPE. Itachi never used the AMATERASU magatama which is a different attack you've been thinking of..

He didn't use it because he didn't unlock the EMS which would've give him the amaterasu magatama which is way more powerful than regular amaterasu. Did you not see Sasuke use amaterasu magatama right after he got his EMS?

Itachi's magatama against pain? are you referring it to yasaka magatama that Itachi used to counter Nagato's chibaku tensei before sealing him using the sword of totsuka? Thats not amaterasu magatama. Itachi never fought Pain. He fought Nagato though.

Itachi's eyes just count as his normal MS powers but with just unlimited chakra. The Yasaka Magatama is only used for long ranged attacks and I don't think Itachi had to use long range attacks with his susanoo much which means Itachi probably could use Yasaka magatama in his susanoo with just his regular MS

Him being and Edo doesn't mean that his doujutsu suddenly changed...

He had unlimited chakra supply as an Edo, that's why he could spam.

well he only used it with his ems not when he was fighting saske so it counts as an ems / edo-ems upgrade if you think deeply about.

It is because he didn't NEED to use a long range attack when fighting Sasuke and Itachi probably wouldn't have wanted Sasuke dead. Itachi NEEDED to use the yasaka magatama against Nagato. Just because he is under and edo and has unlimited chakra doesn't mean he has EMS get that through your head.

EMS can only be awakened when you take your sibling's eyes!
Edo Tensei doesn't give you EMS!
It stops you from going blind if you use MS, yes, but it doesn't give you EMS!
EMS is a totally new jutsu.

well it also give you access to magatami jusus too. just saiyan but as is said already it just give you a new jusu edo-ems
