There's a difference between having a certain ability of something and having the actual thing. you're title says Itachi has the EMS but now you're saying he just has 1 quality which contradicts your statement.

Yes he is... Did you not see his Amaterasu Magatama? Did you not see how he can spam susano'o without inflicting pain on himself? Did you not see his new stronger susano'o? he's stronger.. yeah its the same, but its better.

well that is an aspect of his blaze releae which he had with ms and magatama is nothing new plus itachi unlocked this with his edo-ms too so in a way it links it to the ms. well that is the fina susano from his ms before he ran after chakra in the episode against donzo

That is an aspect of the blaze release that Sasuke could only do after unlocking his EMS and because Itachi never unlocked his EMS he could never have done it and Itachi never did the amaterasu magatama

itachi still have magatami ONLY after unlocking edo-ems though plus saske already had blaze release before ems

We never said sasuke didn't have blaze release before EMS just he didn't unlock the amaterasu magamtama until he got the EMS and itachi again never used amaterasu magatama during his edo period

he did use magatami during his edo mod actually. only then and there. i think magatama is an ems power. so i guess it does get stronger now that i think of it since magatami is stronger than sealing sowrd.

Itachi used Blaze release attacks and amaterasu in that battle but he never used the amaterasu magatama in that battle

Sasuke fought the Zetsu's. Not Itachi.

Itachi never fought Pain.
