Can't revise profile

What is your problem?:
I can't revise any of my information, customize my profile, set an avie/sig etc... I don't like my favorite character being "not Sasuke"... ._.
I'm completely new here, and forums don't regularly do this so I'm a little confused.
I heard that after 10 posts you should be able to make amends on your profile. Buuuut I still can't seem to do anything. D: Am I missing something here?

Might be cause you don't have enough posts try again soon

You need more posts and then you get your sig..
If you want vids or pics ask one of the mods and they'll allow it
