OK, So with the point we are in now who wins?

They have full knowlege.

They have all feats.

They have 5 min prep.

Id bet Naruto cause he has kyuubi chakra although sasuke has EMS although i hope sasuke would win...

That is a hard one, but despite me saying I want Sasuke to win because I love the boy to death, I have to say Naruto.

1.) Naruto can now control Kurama for the most part.
2.) Naruto knows most of Sasuke's attacks.
3.) Unless Sasuke has Complete Susanoo...I think that'd be a big downfall for him.

Sorry Sasuke...

My second opinion or option is that they'd both kill each other.

Well He does have Sasonno and he could try using Genjutsu.

Prep could be more in favor of Sasuke (Kirin), while full knowledge gives Naruto a significant advantage.
In a oneo-on-one all-out battle, Sasuke can't do anything to defend himself, nor can he do anything to Naruto.

Sasuke gets destroyed. His best defense is Susano'o(not even perfect) which could be destroyed easily by FRS or mini TBB. His attacks are not near the calibur of the juubi's which naruto tanked with 6 of his tails.
