Ya, since Kishi has cannoned the couple for Naruto, going forward we will probably see a bit more Hinata for a while until Sasuke gets back into the picture! then likely Sakura will play a larger role with him.

I get this odd feeling that when the was is over we will see substantial romantic subplot conclusions, I get the feeling that a lot of this is going to be showing up fairly quickly because really the war is sort of running out of steam!

Now that NaruHina is all but canon, Sakura got shafted. xD As was mentioned before though, if and when Sasuke shows up on the battlefield, I see him and Sakura having a deep moment and most likely ending up together(if The Sauce lives, that is).

1. She might be healing the Kages (it takes time to get there).
2. She most probably is awaiting Sauce.
3. She is there, invisible due to being currently plot-useless.

Funny enough, Hinata also "teleported" out of nowhere to Juuken Naruto, cause she wasn't in the big picture a page before.
Though, it takes kinda too long for Sakura to appear, so I'd say she has other plans.
In any case, her absence is incredibly troll-feeding - through troll-breeders, easily capable of putting us on edge, despite having faith in human logic.

It is strange that Sakura is literally the only member of the Konoha 12 who didn't at least appear in the background of one of the panels in the last chapter. Kishi did put her in the cover page of 616 though and Sasuke is glancing at her.

She could still be back at the base camp. Did all the troops in the alliance rush to the battle field? There could be some that were incapacitated and needed her to stay behind.

Most likely though, she'll show up later and definitely when sauce strolls up.
