Rhaegar Targaryen vs. Jaime Lannister
Rhaegar is at his prime, like when he fought Robert Baratheon.
He has his full black armor and a longsword. Rhaegar Spoiler:
Jaime still has his hand, and is as strong as he was when he was Aerys's guard. He has full Kingsguard golden armor and a longsword. Jaime Spoiler:

He was able to ride a dragon, that's enough power IMO lol.

he was able a ride a dragon..yeah that speaks volumes for the ancient Valryian dragon riding
what his physical skills were guy was an insane general and he knew how to make use of air power..but beyond that?

Lords are usually well-trained in arms, combat, diplomacy, langugages, faith etc.
He's depicted as a big, strong warrior who wielded Blackfyre, a Valyrian steel sword. Nothing else 'bout him.

This is a tough one cuz you don't get a whole lot of info on rhaegar's prowess except that he was very skilled at jousting. In a straight up duel I guess I'd say Jaime.
