So we get more fighting and Unohana's/Zaraki's past.

I'm not really sure why Unohana is calling it a "sin".
Sin implies a moral wrong. Like murder.
This seemed more like an error or miscalculation.

About Zaraki vs Nnotria. Notice how the fight is fairly even until Nnotria gets a good cut on Zaraki and Zaraki thinks that he better get serious or he'll die and then he uses Kendo and is a lot stronger.

I think this chapter helps explain that.

Zaraki is awesome, I love the fact he's been locking his own power, not gonna happen but I'd love it if he was stronger than Ichigo now XD

Honestly, the idea of someone so strong (and in a sense, lonely) enough to unconsciously hinder their own power is a good one. It's a better way to do it than just saying that he revives to live, even though that's technically what it is. Rather than fighting to live though, he's releasing more of his dormant power in order to keep fighting longer. It's clever

It's amazing how strong Ken-chan was as just a kid and the fact that he finally found someone he enjoyed fighting and they were too weak was just amazing

I think that unsealing it he will be able to talk to his Zanpakuto. Maybe seeing it looks like a used old sword it becomes sharper through his power. What do you guys think?

Is Zakari a <.< >.> Super Saiyan?He gets stronger after every fight he loses or comes close to death anyways.Ya take the eye patch off and he goes all glowy.
