I think it depends..I know if I see a typical newb spam post I tend to either tell them "okay no..that's not how we do it here explain why character X wins please" and if they keep doing it..I enter "speech mode"

Nara and US are usually nicer and delete their posts..that could be what you are seeing..I'm not sure on specifics I'd probably have to look at it individually

just checked my joint date

so I've been a member of the BG's for three years now. I came here along with some others who still remain, our purposes were less than noble perhaps, nefarious. We came to kick ass to put you all in your place, convinced as we were that we were looking at a lost forum full of fools who could never be reasoned with. Well we kicked ass, I wont deny that but somewhere along the lines we discovered that this section had a quality to its own, some of you here were good posters trying your hardest to make this place something more. Most of us are gone now, those old cataclysmic battles are long behind us. Those of us who came here to put you in your place and chose to remain ended up being changed by the experience, filled with a desire to help you guys fix this place. Some of us are mods now, some of us are mods no longer. Regardless our original motive turned on its head we became BG'ers. I've been taken to task for this place, put myself on the lined burned bridges and been there for a lot of incredibly controversial actions, through lock downs and demotions through the loss of our founder and creator tbc and through the arrival of one of the sections most depraved and deranged guests and all the love loss and drama that created. We've become smaller now we've lost many of our old timers and original staffers, but we've also grown, and as the last year ended we gained new faces just as great as the last and continue to do so.

Through it all I've seen you guys grow and I want to say for all the crap we've been through and all that I've dealt with it was totally worth it..you guys are an honor and a pleasure to serve as a mod and to hang around and debate with.

Silly BG people and their speeches

Guys I'm confused (I just woke up so I apologize for any errors)

Okay so period one my cramps started (be mature Sage) and they were horrible as always but bearable. Then they got worse so I went to the nurse, I declined the heat pack or whatever. Period 2 they get worse.
Period 3, I feel like crap's crap and almost threw up and my legs are hurting due to going up and down those flight of stairs at school (which I never feel unless I'm going from the cafe to the fourth floor). Homeroom, I go to the nurse again....She is not there D:< so now I go to period 4 which is all the way on the fourth floor yay -_-. Of all the math problems on the board, I was only able to write down two and complete one. Lunch time; nurse is still not there, apparently she left. Since the office can do absolutely nothing, I go home. My lower abdomen feels better but I refuse to eat anything since I still feel like throwing up.

Here's where I get confused: I only had 2hrs of school left and I felt better in less time (minus the tummy since I could just avoid eating). Now I am questioning the fact that I asked to leave. Now I feel guilty for leaving >.<

That always happens. When you leave the school because you feel bad for some reason you start to feel ok

It happens when you don't wanna do something or be somewhere and you really pretend that your feeling bad and then end up feeling bad for real most of the time.

When I was on prescription painkillers a few years ago for a fractured ankle, I noticed one of the side effects was drowsiness. They didn't actually make me drowsy, but I pretended they made me fall asleep before school once so I could skip.
