Please for my sanity, know the right answer if you're going to correct someone. Mytonic regeneration sounds like something a bartender would use and Mitotic Regeneration is the technique Tsunade used to heal herself in battle with Orochimaru (and actually caused her to revert to her older form after using it). She uses a transformation technique to appear young.
