The bannings I felt were to make it fairer.
Grimoire Law is an easy cop out answer despite the fact I believe its a complete No Limits Fallacy but who knows, it could be that powerful but then again Hades never used it.

Similarly Jinchurriki Paths are too haxxed and overpowered.

I use the similar reasonings in comparing the Flying Ship to Gedo Mazo.
The ship although less dangerous has the cannon plus Hades' Heart.

Gedo Mazo is obvious why I banned it.

I mean I could have done the cliche overdone Akatsuki vs Espada but I picked the strongest current dark guild (was) in Fairy Tail since many like to compare Naruto to Fairy Tail.

I dare to say any Akatsuki member except Hidan and Zetsu can solo grimmoire heart. I think you should allow Grimmoire law just to give them a chance to win!!!

Lol Bluenote was able to go toe to toe with a guy who nearly destroyed a village just by tripping.

We came to a conclusion Bluenote barely beats Akainu, so it seems Gildarts gag doesn't mean all that much.

Which he would have to activate beforehand. The bomb can be released at any given time an off no warning. You can't even see it unless Deidara chooses to make a big real about it.

Under the right circumstances Deidara can solo but thats the problem.

The odds have to be quite stacked in his favor.
Granted Grimoire Heart at least most of them don't have much of a counter to him.

It reminds me of the Mu + 2nd Mizukage vs Grimoire Heart over a year ago in NF. Everyone pretty much thought the Naruto side won.

Inferior to Deva Path in general except Bluenote is just more a complete gravity user. Deva Path has quite greater raw power minus the Fall spell.

Does Sasori being technically not of flesh make a difference?

Its really speculation thats why I banned it which is also why I also banned Tobi's jinchuriki paths because if I didn't, Rinnegan Robi will likely solo with impunity.

But she can affect energy, and living things. For example, the tenrou tree. She both restored the energy that asuma used, as well as fixed the tree.

Ultear can't affect organic sentient living beings.

Tenrou Tree was organic, living, but not sentient.

She even said it in the Galuna Arc it doesn't affect humans.

Although that may have changed in the Post Skip, but we know nothing.

The only way Hades could solo would be Grimoire Law. Even if we assume Meredy could link more than 3 people (which is not very likely), there is still the question, how does she do it?

Every Akatsuki member excluding Hidan and Zetsu have many ways to solo Grimoire heart!!!

Which is another reason I banned the ship. He didn't use it in his own ship because he would have destroyed his own heart.

It links people who have strong emotions for each other regardless what the emotion for each other.

Kakuzu and Hidan for example is mutual hatred.

Zoldeo could in theory possess one of the Akatsuki members too.


I understand what you mean, that Akatsuki has great soloing opportunities but I don't believe we shoud let ourselves get carried away.

In PReskip she could not affect humans at all.

But however, even the post skip I see it dubious because the 2nd origin magic feat was more of an indirect influence.

I think the restriction was always sentient living beings.

Its probably more like in 7 years she got better with it that she affect the innate magic even in humans.
But so far she has yet to truly human beings themselves directly.

Well her greatest strength as she said would be agaisnt molding magic.

In terms of this match it would be elemental jutsus.

Although I don't know how much stamina she has to time away or time freeze Kisame's range of water or Kakuzu's large scale jutsus.

Just as she brought in those orbs from future possibilities/parallel worlds.

But it won't kill them except maybe shatter Sasori's body or maybe Itachi if he just stand there for quite some time.
Her greater offensive power is in ICe Make at least thats what I think.

Of course it didn't work against Gray and then she discovered "she was inside her mother" after falling into the sea and lost her will to fight.

Another reason I find Grimiore heart at a disadvantage here is their powers are to straight forward. Their fighting style is too clean. Fairy tail in general very rarely uses any decent combat tactics. They for the most part strictly try to overpower their opponents. Which is not a good idea against a lot verses.
