I cant belive it!

- what?

one of my clients have killed himself leaving a massage on the wall

- wasnt he guilty of being a minor thief?

well i made him clear of all charges but he had no reason to take his life like that, this is the 2nd of my clients that have died.

-you might want to keep an eye out if someone starts suspecting you, you freeing criminals to the street someone might want to make you his escape goat, seeing as you have been at the office all day i know it cant be you, no need to worry if anything comes up please tell me and i will help you ok?

no problem, (now if i get him a suspect it will be much easier to keep an eye on the investigation that sucker will tell me anything he finds out)

As Asari ordered a tea with two spoons of sugar and creamer, he felt something again. He then started to get suspicious of someone following him. He took the tea and sat down. He didn't take out his laptop just in case the person following him had federal access to people's computers and find what they've been doing. The tv in the cafe started talking about killings happening around the world.

So... There are others...

He thought to himself. After finishing his tea, he thought.

If someone really is following me, I can't direct his attention towards where I live.

He headed in the opposite direction of his house and went to visit a friend.

Of course if I stay away from where I live, I don't have access to my Death Note. Hey, Yomi, it'd be nice if you can come out now.

A skeletal figure in formal clothes and giant horns appeared.

"Hm, so you're heading towards Evan's house."

"Yea." Asari said quietly so whoever following him didn't hear.

As I woke up I began to suit up wearing my casual suit with a red tie. I walked to the elevater of my condo and headed down stairs leaving my suit case in my house and my death note in my Safe. I then turned on my servalence Camera THat scanned faces and body mesuments. This way My company could idantify any theifs. I had ripped a page from my Notebook and stuffed in my pocket with a pen.

As I got to the side walk I decided to go to the local Police Station.

As I entered I was spotted by the local Officer at the desk.

"Hello Their can I help you?"

"He your next victim?" Yahiba asked.

"No, but a tool. I am sure somebody is bound to get to the bottem of all this." I replayed to Yahiba.

"Well I was wondering about all the cases that had happened earlier. Is their anything I can do to help? I am sure with all the deaths going on that arn't in a normal fashion, that you have someone working on it. I am John, I am a Professional Hitman. I believ I could be of some use on the case. Could I speak with your Boss please."

There should be an investigation of some kind. The formor President of the U.S. dies by shooting him self and writing on the wall. That doesn't seem strange?"

I knew something is going on with the police or military somewehere in the world. But geting to the bottem of this is going to be hard.

"What is your plan then?" Yahiba asked with a smirk.

"Then names John.

Police officer:"I see. Well i am L. I am currently on this investigation to find out who this kira really is. If you want to help,i'll have to ask you to let me check your belongings. For all we know,you could be kira. I will also need to see some identification."

Asari's plan was to wait and do nothing. When whoever deployed the follower realizes that people are being killed without Asari doing anything out of the ordinary, they will recall him and focus on other people. Asari sighed.

"So you're going on a killing strike?" Yomi asked/said. He chuckled a bit. "You know, you're the only person that I followed that actually thought about what they're doing."

Asari smiled as he entered the lobby of an apartment building.

"Please notify Evan that lives in 7E that I am visiting." Asari said.

"Okay!" The perky woman clicked a button that buzzed. "Evan, you have a visitor!"

"Send them up." Someone said. Asari entered the elevator and clicked the 7th floor.

Police man: I went over to the lady and told her that i was on official business. She told me what number floor asari went up to. I waited for the elevator to come back down.

When Asari arrived on the 7th floor. He knew that the policeman would follow and eventually trap him in his friend's apartment.

"What are you going to do?" Yomi laughed as Asari started to think, then smiled. The 7th floor was quite big. If he hid and the policeman didn't find Asari in his friend's apartment, then the policeman would know he was trying to hide and that would be more evidence that he is Kira. Currently, the policeman has no evidence. If Asari does go to his friend's apartment, that relieves the suspicion but Asari would need to act as if he wasn't Kira.

Asari knocked on the door.

"Is it you, Asari?" A voice from inside asked.

"Yea." Asari replied as the door opened.

"Hey!" Evan lead him to the couch in his only slightly messy apartment. Before Evan got a chance to say something, Asari interrupted him.

"There wll be a policeman coming to this apartment. Whatever he says, deny it." Evan looked confused, but being the peppy guy he was, he shrugged and said yes.
