OK here is the deal Madara is not an edo and he doesn't get Kurama but he does get FHC.

They get all feats

Starting distance 80 meters

Battle field: Valley of the end

who wins?

Danzo pretty much gets absolutely murderized by either a meteor or PS. Even if he gets izanagi off, it's just a matter of time.

Koto GG. I doubt madara would be expecting him to have sharigan powers on that level. madara is overconfident and would engaage in viusal genjutu which would be his downfall when faced with Koto

Well the thing is Koto of which danzo can use has never been showed its effectiveness in an actual fight and whether or not it would work against eyes at the level of madara's eyes. I say for danzo to have a chance well timed taijutsu, ninjutsu and izangi are needed.

Madara is no Edo here so forget Meteor.

And he wouldn't start off with Perfect Susanoo either but toy around.

Either way, Madara should still stomp though seeing his arrogance and habit to toy with his opponents I do see a chance for Danzo if he pulls of his seals.

If Danzo does it right his final seal + Madaras arrogance make it a tie at best for Dan Elephant.

The thing is we don't know if it would actually be that effective coming from danzo to the point he could command madara the man who broke free of edo tensei to stand still. We didn't get to se if danzos koto could actually work on a uchiha in a fight much less against a EMS user of madaras power so I don't see koto being able to help him in this situation.

Well lets look at it this way. Sasuke beat him an did pretty good, Madara is way better then Sasuke imo. plus His eye can reverse time too right? So I say Madara.

Well it certainly isn't Edo Tensei exclusive for Madara as he did have it when alive but gained it shortly before death so when he was old.

Let's await what the OP says before going further into Rinnegan.

Anyway, how are Madara's chakra resources?

And more importantly@ OP is Danzo's arm unsealed?

If it's sealed Danzo has no chance at all, his entire battle strategy revolves around Izanagi and the 10 minutes.

Princeofpeace - Yea thats true, but it also depends. When does he use it? How do they meet. These factors come into play to be relisicabout it. but unless Danzo uses koto right from the start he is most likly going to lose, Madara is skilled very well in factors of ninjutsu and taijutsu and others. Plus a very intellegent person. Not to put Danzo down,.

If He does get the Rinnagan then he has the ability to summon the great demon stone to help. If not he could always use his Sharringan to help him, seeing as it can let him go back or reverse time a bit to provebt an attack correct?

Well Madara is overconfident and as an Uchiha he would make eye contact. He has no reason not to make eye contact
Danzo would use it right off the bat because that is his strongest jutsu and he usually uses it on strong foes. he wanted to use it on Saskue but koto was charging. Also Danzo used it on Mifune right off the bat.
They meet facing each other and that is when Danzo would put him in genjutsu. yes Madara is smart but there is no way for him to know about Danzo and his koto.
It is OOC for maadara to summon the Demonic Statue cuz he does not usually do it.

Danzo would use it right away on Madara, it's been stated he wanted to use it against Tobi (believed to be Madara).That's the very reason he didn't sacrifice it against Sasuke for another Izanagi.
