I think he means saving Sasuke from Onoki.

Chapter 467: Raikage appears to pass through both Sasuke and Tobi when he attacks Tobi. It isn't completely clear, but judging by the position of A's arm in the panels relative to Sasuke/Tobi it appears he went through both of them.

Anyway, like Prince said Tobi can make the mazou intangible like he does with other objects and since Madara isn't an edo here, the perfect Susanoo might put a huge strain on his body.

Chapter 467, page 6 A went through both Tobi and Sasuke.

Also on chapter 608 page 3 and 4 it looks like he's grabbing one of the blocked shurikens and phasing through the wall with it to use as a close range weapon.

Not sure on the second one tbh, but he's making his mask phase through things all the time anyhow.

the fact of the matter is Tobi can make other objects intangiable. So we can assume that he can make the mazou tanigable... at least whatever that is being attacked

Darn, that is a good match up...as much as I hate to say this, I'm gonna have to go with Obito. Though I want to say Madara, but I think Obito would need to be without Mazou for Madara to beat him. Not saying that he could not beat him in the first place, what I mean is with Obito's ability to make things intangible it would be a very tough match for Madara, since it seems he is very good at close combat. Then again, Madara's gunbai fan would be pretty useful for those cases.

That has nothing to with size.

Especially since that would obviously require an enormous amount of Chakra eve IF Obito can make the entire statue intangible (despite it being unproven) he would be drained pretty fast.

At least make intangible whatever is harmed. And even if it did take a lot of chakra the gedo just needs one good hit.

Darn, that is a good match up...as much as I hate to say this, I'm gonna have to go with Obito. Though I want to say Madara, but I think Obito would need to be without Mazou for Madara to beat him.
