Kakashi vs. Tobi/Obito

All abilities and jutsu know to each other. They also both know kamui connects to Tobi's dimension i.e no surprises. They don't give a

about who betrayed whom, otherwise in character.

Location: Forest of Death

Fight to the decapitation.

Who wins?

Edit: Tobi can't summon things he needs the Gedo statue for. Tobi only gets rinnegan jutsu he shown thus far (zilch)

If Kakashi happens to get a clone sucked into the other dimension, he could possible start pummeling Obito from there. From the real world he aims from te heart an then that part would go to the other place then Kakashi's clone could raikiri him from there.
But it would take quick thinking for Kakashi to avoid Obito's other jutsus.

On a side question, is fire or lightning strong against Mokuton?

Nope, Madara has those now. Tobi doesn't get jinchuriki either, those were Kabuto's.

It's Tobi and Kakashi mano-a-mano..and Kakashi's clones..and electric clones..and ninja hounds of course

Tobi also can't use rinnegan powers he has yet to show, that means no chakra sucking or push-pull.

Of course, Izanagi is always in play, but don't think he can use his rinnegan for that. High risk-reward if Tobi uses that.

I still say that obito wins . Cuz Kakashi can not hit obito easily. Kakashi can kaumi himself to kaumiland but fails to stay intangible.

Obito also has madara's items at his disposal.

And I believe it is IC so Kakashi woul be hesitant

Tobi doesn't use Kamui that way. Standing by a tree and going through his long eye suck would probably be a good way to die. He'd better off just passing through it.

Remember Konan and the paper bombs now.

Tobi didn't use flames in 598, he only shot out some shuriken from the magical boxland of boxes
