Aww, thought it was an actual Predator.
Would Caustic blood do anything severely damaging to Wolverine? I think not. EDIT: Darn site went down in the middle of my edit smh  Anyways, this could be hard to decide due to both characters regenerative abilities. Maybe Wolverine has something I don't know about. Can Ripley 8 regenerate a severed head?

No, she cannot. Neither of them can..
They both have super human strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, empathy, both jump high....

Ripley is just basically a very high end solider with acid blood, wolverine chops her up, add her the ability to control a group of xeno's may even it out

actually Fair Wolverine has regenerated from falling inside a star and having all his flesh vaporized but for the marrow protected by the Adamantium- when he was in Jwsus Stu Bone claw mode he regenerated from a single cell after beating up death in a karate fight
\ so yeah decapitation wont work Wolverine kills her in seconds hell even movie wolverine takes this
